Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lopure, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns for items purchased online within 28 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and include your order number and reason for return.

You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. Returned items must be received within 14 days after we issue the return authorization.
Any shipping cost for returns or exchanges may be deducted from your final refund.


Important: Health & Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare and cosmetic items such as creams, lotions, serums, or sunscreen — unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.


Faulty Items & Warranty

If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us at 📧 abacussolution25@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our support team will assist you with troubleshooting or guide you through the return process with all required details.

All returns—whether for faulty or unwanted items—must be authorized by our support team before sending. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Proof of purchase and original packaging may be required.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you'd like to cancel an order before it's shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at abacussolution25@gmail.com.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled but can still be returned following the policy above.


In-Store Returns (If Applicable)

For purchases made in-store (if applicable), you have 14 days to return unused and unopened items.
Please bring proof of purchase and, if applicable, the card used for payment.


Please Note:

  • Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are final and non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
